David's homecoming/ Visits with friends

So a weekend in October I went to Utah for my cousin David's Homecoming from his mission. It was really fun because most of his siblings all live in different states and they all came to Utah to see him so it was nice to catch everyone. Nicholas also had a 5th birthday party. That night Heather and I met up with Kelly and we went to the Old Spaghetti factory. We had some good times. We ended up giving our phone numbers to our waitor (which is something I never do)and named him Vince Spaghetti. After dinner we drove to this ice cream place called "Spoon Me." Ok we laughed so much that night. I think we drove around in the canyon too. The next day on Sunday we enjoyed the lovely fall colors and enjoyed playing with the camera functions again.
So I also realize I put the snow pictures on this blog but the snow pictures are from the weekend before. Yes I went to Utah two weekends in a row. Fun times!! All I have to say is Grandpa is so funny he started the snowball fight at church in the parking lot. I would have taken a picture but we were at church and I wasn't prepared to have snow thrown at me....... Funny Grandpa, he's always so fun!

Nugget Golf Tournament

I went back to Woodland for the Annual Nugget Market Golf Tournament. I was very glad that Sara asked me to come back and help. I had so much fun being in the beautiful place of Napa Valley enjoying the scenery and best of all being with my old Nugget family. Fun times from driving around in the golf cart, "Go Girls", selling raffle tickets, passing out goodies, saying hello to everyone, wearing the prizes for the golf tournament, and best of all attempting to hit a golf ball. So Chris let me take a hit at one of shots on the course. First he had me pose with the golf club, "Ok now swing and I will take an action shot," he says. So I swing and I totally miss trying to be all cool and everything and it didn't work at all. It was pretty funny and I am glad Chris remembers who I am and what my name is and why did I ever doubt him. Ha Ha. I miss my Nugget family.

Alise and Timmy McCauley

So I know what you are thinking another wedding....... "Emily is always going to weddings." Well if you haven't thought that then you should think that. I do love going to weddings and this wedding I had the thought maybe I should be a wedding photographer...... ok maybe not but I do love taking pictures. I also discovered that cool feature on my camera and had fun taking very different pictures. I also must mention that Mr. Tingey (our boss) really knows how to get down!!!! More wedding photos to come. By the way, I guess I should tell everyone too that I finish my online classes. If you didn't know I was taking a class well then try to guess what the classes were about..... Ok how to be a bridal consultant. Shocking? I think not.

Cliff Jumpiing and Kyacking

Soren and I went cliff jumping and Kyacking one weekend. We went down Colorado River and it was so amazing. I even jumped off a cliff which is something I don't normally do but Soren tricked me. I climbed up it and he said well you don't have to jump you can just climb back down. Yeah right it's easier to just jump. So I did and it wasn't that big of a cliff and it wasn't too bad. Then we helped a boat that was stuck on the sand and we went back to shore. It was so peaceful out there.
