The Shark Reef

When my parents were here we also went to the shark reef. We had so much fun looking at all the fun fish, sharks, turtles, stingrays, and more. We even tried to be like them or communicate with them. It was very entertaining. The walkie talkie lookin things that we are holding are little records that tell you all about what you are looking at.

My dad came to Vegas this week for a work meeting. My mom decided to fly out too. While they were here we went to Paris and ate Crepes. We then walked over to Bellagio and watched the water show. We also went inside to see the gardens. They had a cool fall autumn theme in the garden area. My mom and I loved the apple display. I also saw the world's largest chocolate fountain. Yummy!!! I really wanted to lick the chocolate, but that's as close as I got. I didn't know my mom took the picture with my tongue sticking out so I actually stood there for a while looking silly and people were laughing at me. Oh well it was funny. Also that water spot on my dad in the picture is apparently my fault. I guess I made him spill his water all over himself and he had to walk around with water spots on him. Another Crazy Weekend!

 
 
 
 

So this weekend was busy! First I went to dinner with Kim and Kris Scott. I use to work with Kim and Kris at the Nugget. They were in town for their uncle's race and since they were in town we got together for dinner. They are the first of the Woodland people to visit me in Vegas.Yay! The next day I got up and did extreme sliding again. This time they had two jumps. I didn't go down this time and there were a ton of people there. It was so much though. My grandparents, aunt, uncle and counsins came down to visit from Utah also.

So last night we were in for a real pot of gold and we didn't even know what was coming. Kenny and Mark planned a trip to The Artful Potter. We all picked out an ice cream bowl to paint. (We eat a lot of ice cream in this house.) We get to pick them up in a week. Afterward we went to the Melting Pot for dinner. It a dinner like no other. Vegas people are so crazy and funny! We laughed so hard. Then we came home and watched a movie called Pot of Gold. Well most of us fell asleep. I think Kenny was the only one who watched it.

Golf Tournament 2007

 
 
 
 

I flew to California on Sept. 27 to surprise my dad for his birthday. Laura got pulled over for the first time. Good times! If you want details you should ask her. I also made plans to show up for the golf tournament. It was so awesome to get to see so many people. I loved it!!! I miss everyone! I also won a playstation 3 that night during the raffle. They aren't going to let me buy raffle tickets anymore! After the tournament I drove to Davis and visited lots of people and stay out way too late, but it was well worth it. On Saturday I spent the day with my niece and nephews at the park. We had family dinner for dad's birthday. What a great weekend.
