Tournament of Kings at Excalibur

So it was that time of year again when Tingey & Tingey treats everyone to dinner and a show. This time it was Tournament of Kings at Excalibur. It is a lot like Medival Times. It was a fun time.

Computer down

So no pictures this time. Just a note. I have lots of things to blog about however my life on the computer has been slowed down a bit. My laptop is not doing so well so I bought a brand new computer. It's really nice and I like it a lot. I just want to let you know I didn't forget about the blog page. I have just been delayed a bit. I am sorry. I will have pictures up soon. By the way my computer is way faster now!!! Hooray!

Sugarland Concert

The weekend of the Country Music Awards Sugarland did a free concert on Fremont St, also known as the Fremont Street Experience. I have driven by Fremont St so many times and had never experienced it before. It's a little ghetto if you ask me. Anyhow Sugarland was doing a free concert so we went down there and it was so awesome. There are these giant televisions above you, well it's a little hard to explain and you should just come visit and go down there. It was fun to see her live.

Michele's visit to Vegas

Dawn and Michele came to visit Las Vegas for Mother's day weekend. Dawn went and hung out with Hollie and Michele came to hang out with me. It was fun having her spend the night and braiding her hair in the morning. On Saturday we went to the Mirage to see the Dolphins and Tigers. Michele loved it until she saw other people petting the dolphins and she didn't get to. She still had a good time.

Nathan's Birthday and I.T. boys visit

Also when I was home to go to the temple we celebrated Nathan's birthday. He was so cute. Look at him.... A week or so later Matt M. Matt F. and Joe came to Vegas for the food show I think, and to meet with Droste. It was fun to go to dinner with them and to meet Tom and Cathy Droste. It was a blast to hang out with them and catch up.

Sacramento Temple

Here are pictures of me going to the temple with my family and a few friends. So Joe took some funny pictures and yes the picture upside down is meant to be upside down.

A weekend of fun

Back in April Cindy, Scott, Kyle, Lindsey, and Mckenna came down to visit for the weekend. The first night we got tickets for the show Toxic Audio. The tickets were only $5.00. They were amazing, it was a great show. The next day we went to Hoover Dam. I haven't been there since I was a little kid it was interesting to see again now that I can learn more about the purpose of the dam. I also got honked at by some random guy who yelled "I love a woman in strips" as he drove pass me. AWKWARD!! It was quite a funny day. That night we went to Cheesecake Factory and I was pretty hyper and was singing the song from Enchanted "How Does She Know That You Love Her" and I actually got up and started dancing around the resturant. But only for like two seconds. After dinner we went to FAO Schaurtz (the big toy store) and played dress up. I hope Kyle doesn't get too upset that I posted these pictures, but he was a good sport and had fun because he promises to always be a cool cousin. (Just ask him about it) Afterwards we went to the water show at Belligio but the fountains weren't on so we walked around the gardens for a little bit. The butterfly garden is pretty amazing if you ask me.
